It's the biggest day of the year

I hope you all had a great Valentine's day.
Mine included long stem roses. . .{red roses}
. . .a frozen caramel coffee from Panera Bread, the most good and evil you will ever find mixed in a cup. I limit myself on how often I drink one, nothing in the world that yummy though.
. . .chocolates and most importantly, my Valentine, my loving husband. I am so thankful for that man!
Valentine's Day gets a lot of hype at our house. It's the best day of the year, even better than Christmas to this 5 year old. For 3 years now, it's "her" day. She starts counting down the first day of January and can't wait to see what kinda card Joe will give her. It started when she was 2, Joe brought her this ginormous, heart shaped, balloon that sang a funny song when you tapped it. The next year he bought her a singing card that she treasured all year. You can read about last year for yourself, again it was all about the card.
So, on Friday Bethany started getting her pink on, shades and shades of pink. {Or fuchsia as she likes to call it.}
Even dressed Jenna up to match. Can we say eccentric?
She has been giving us amazing valentine's all month, but finished up her vintage look-a-likes on Friday.

So, yesterday was her big day, Joe's big moment. He loves watching her face when he hands her his valentine.
He gave her a little gift too but like last year, it's not about the gift, it's all about the card. Not just any card, the card from her daddy.
