This sounds like fun!!
My favorite Christmas tradition is...every Christmas Eve, the Mulhall family (my dad's side of the family, which is about 80 people) all get together, and we sing Silent Night, read Luke 2, and one of the children carries the baby Jesus to the nativity set. It's a tradition where each of us cousins got a turn and now our children are taking a turn, in birth order. It's hard to believe there has ALWAYS been a new child to carry the baby Jesus. We're a pretty productive family!!! :)

Our Christmas Eve tradition includes both sides (dad and step-mom) coming over for a chili "cook-off". My dad and his four brothers make their chili and bring it feed everyone. The only appetizer we have is cheese and crackers. My dad always make a spicy chili, one brother makes white bean chili, one with sausage and the other two are usually from a can.

My name is Maria E. Riffe (Rhymes with LIFE) and my email address is riffe011907@yahoo.com.
(PS-This would make an awesome late Christmas gift!)

My favorite Christmas traditon is...every year the Sunday before Christmas my whole family gets together at my Grannys where we exchange gifts from where we drew names at Thanksgiving and we all tell stories of our favorite Christmas memories from when we were young (our Children's age). We watch home movies from Christmas' past so that our children can see the faces of some of our family members who have passed on as we tell stories about them. We eat and laugh for hours just being together and expressing how we love one another.

My husband's birthday is Christams Eve, we always have a little party for him then afterwards we always open our Christmas presents. Christmas day we sleep in then have a party for Jesus with cake and singing. We always make Christmas day about Jesus then end the night with going to Christmas in the park.
